The Snifferton Cloud offers an innovative solution for tracking Bluetooth devices that come into proximity with your mobile device. Its unique capability allows users to designate specific devices for activity monitoring, thereby enhancing user control and oversight.

This application facilitates the creation of a personalized network, enabling users to monitor devices remotely. For instance, by marking a Bluetooth device with an iPod touch, iPad, or another iOS device, users can leave it at home and subsequently check its status via their smartphone using the Snifferton Cloud interface.

Software Features:

• Manage multiple devices across different locations, synchronizing them with other Snifferton beacons through Snifferton Cloud.
• Scan for specific devices within a range of up to 100 meters.
• Receive alerts about any new devices detected in the vicinity.

All user data remains private, as Snifferton solely detects Bluetooth devices that emit a signal or are discoverable. When active, the device itself becomes discoverable. It is important to note that Snifferton exclusively scans for devices without influencing their behavior. Some devices may possess identifiers that change, leading to inaccurate status representation; these may appear inactive despite being operational.

Important Note: To successfully reset Snifferton Cloud, users must uninstall the application from all secondary devices while retaining it on the primary device. After resetting the cloud server on the main device, users should reinstall the application. This precaution helps mitigate risks associated with malicious access to permissions.
